At Ghalmarevord, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning VitaEnergy Flow products.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period begins on the date of delivery as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
1.2 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Free from damage caused by the customer
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at office@ghalmarevord.world within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
2.2 Shipping the Return
When shipping your return:
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include the Return Authorization Number with your shipment
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep the tracking number for your records
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the status of your refund via email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
3.2 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
Your refund will not include:
- Original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
3.3 Refund Timeline
After we process your refund, please allow:
- 2-5 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
- 5-10 business days for bank account or other payment method refunds
Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:
- Return the original item following the procedures above
- Place a new order for the desired item
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- A replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost to you
6. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately upon discovering the error
- Do not open or use the incorrect item
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid label for returning the incorrect item
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation:
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process
8. U.S. Consumer Rights
Our 30-day return policy exceeds the minimum standards required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule and many state consumer protection laws. Certain states provide additional consumer protections:
- Connecticut, Hawaii, New York: Consumers may have additional rights under state law. Contact us for details.
- California: California consumers have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. We comply with California Civil Code requirements for refunds.

9. European Union Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (cooling-off period). This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

- Inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email)
- Return the product within 14 days of notifying us
- Products must be in the same condition as received
For EU consumers, we will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
